Job Responsibilities

Key Outputs & Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring across the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategic frameworks for business growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment between projects and corporate strategy.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field. (Certified ZAOA) A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • PMP and/or PRINCE2 Certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years in project management, strategy, or business transformation roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to execute strategic projects successfully.
