Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Certified by ZAQA)
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years at a senior level.
- Experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to lead HR transformation and implement people strategies.
- Experience in employee relations, talent development, and compensation structuring.
Professional Membership:
- Must be a registered member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
