Job Purpose
Responsible for developing and maintaining SME customer relationships and maintain a high quality SME loan portfolio through borrower due diligence, credit proposal preparation and disciplined portfolio monitoring.
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying and attracting new SME clients to MFZ
- Coordinate the Recruitment, management and retention of SME customers
- Ensure high level stakeholder management for all off takers
- Ensure 100% adherence to KYC on all loan applications
- Ensure all loan applications are loaded in the system
- Ensure adherence to Customer Service Charter and delivery of good service
- Manage and grow key account plans for respective off-takers
- Provide Daily, Weekly and monthly activity reports
- Conduct Site visits
- Ensure to own personal performance review measurement in line with performance contract.
- Maintain a high standard of operational control including adherence to risk management, guidelines and product policies.
- Conduct consistent market intelligence
- Meeting portfolio quality targets set by management.
- Should have good Networking abilities
Requirements:
· Grade 12 School Certificate
· Degree in Business Administration or any business related degree
· At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
