Job Purpose

Responsible for developing and maintaining SME customer relationships and maintain a high quality SME loan portfolio through borrower due diligence, credit proposal preparation and disciplined portfolio monitoring.

Job Responsibilities

1. Identifying and attracting new SME clients to MFZ
2. Coordinate the Recruitment, management and retention of SME customers
3. Ensure high level stakeholder management for all off takers
4. Ensure 100% adherence to KYC on all loan applications
5. Ensure all loan applications are loaded in the system
6. Ensure adherence to Customer Service Charter and delivery of good service
7. Manage and grow key account plans for respective off-takers
8. Provide Daily, Weekly and monthly activity reports
9. Conduct Site visits
10. Ensure to own personal performance review measurement in line with performance contract.
11. Maintain a high standard of operational control including adherence to risk management, guidelines and product policies.
12. Conduct consistent market intelligence
13. Meeting portfolio quality targets set by management.
14. Should have good Networking abilities

Requirements:

· Grade 12 School Certificate

· Degree in Business Administration or any business related degree

· At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
